Crusty Garlic Bread with Herbs

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cloves minced garlic
2 ts Olive oil
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
2 tb Chopped fresh thyme
2 tb Chopped fresh marjoram
1/2 ts Paprika
2 sm Loaves Italian bread
Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

In a small bowl, combine garlic and oil. In another small bowl, combine parsley, thyme, marjoram and paprika. Cut bread crosswise into diagonal slices without cutting all the way through. Brush cut sides with garlic oil, then herb mixture, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Wrap loaves in foil. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through, about 10 to 15 minutes. Unwrap and serve immediately
