INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
3 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. canned whole kernel corn, drained
1 lb. creamed corn
2 Tbsps. all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to temperature 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a 9 inch buttered casserole dish. Place casserole dish in a larger roasting pan. Add enough hot water to come halfway up sides of dish. Bake uncovered 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
