CORN BREAD SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

9×9 inch pan corn bread, cooked, or 2-3 pkg. corn kits
8-9 sliced bacon, crumbled
1 bell pepper, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1 pt. or more mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip
1 onion, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Crumble corn bread and bacon together. Chopped bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Stir in mayonnaise and refrigerate overnight. Will keep several days.
