CORN BREAD SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

2 pkgs. mexican corn bread
1 med. red onion, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 lbs. smokey bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:

Bake corn bread mix according to package directions. Cool. Crumble corn bread, add red onion, green pepper and tomatoes, mix well. Add bacon and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
