INGREDIENTS:
1 recipe (pan) corn bread, cooked and crumbled
2 green peppers, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 or 2 cans red kidney beans
12 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. pickle relish
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Make first layer using half each of corn bread, pepper, onion, beans, and bacon. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, relish; spread half over first layer. Make second layer by repeating first layer. Top second layer with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Chill overnight. Top with tomatoes before serving.
