Clay Pot Sweet Corn

INGREDIENTS:

4 ears sweet corn, husks removed
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsps. unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Soak clay pot and its cover in water at least 15 minutes. Place corn in pot and pour in water and butter. Sprinkle with sugar and season with salt to taste. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn on oven to temperature 425°F and bake 30 minutes.
