Cheesy Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1 c shredded sharp cheddar
1 cheese
1 c thinly sliced green onions
1 (including the tops)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 loaf french bread (about
1 20 inch), halved lengthwise
1/3 c minced fresh parsley (opt)
1 paprika (opt)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onions, and garlic; spread on bread halves. If
desired, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Wrap each half in foil.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or freeze. Unwrap and place on a baking
sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes (20-25 minutes if frozen)
or until puffed but not brown. Cut into slices.
