INGREDIENTS:

1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil –or– applesauce
4 mashed bananas
1 cup chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS:

Mash bananas, mix with rest of ingredients. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. — OR — Pour batter into a Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.

This recipe for Cake Mix Banana Bread serves/makes 1 loaf.
