BROCCOLI CORN BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix

DIRECTIONS:

Cook and drain broccoli. Saute onion in butter until transparent. Combine broccoli, onion, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and corn bread mix. Pour into lightly greased 9″x13″ dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes until golden. Cut into squares.
