BROCCOLI CORN BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

2 pkgs. corn bread mix (or 1/2 c. self-rising meal and 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal)
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 1/2 sticks melted butter

DIRECTIONS:

Mix well all ingredients except add butter at last. Pour into greased 9×13 pan or two greased skillets. Bake at 375 degrees F. until brown. It does take longer to bake than ordinary corn bread. You can half the recipe.
