BROCCOLI CORN BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
4 eggs
1 box broccoli, thawed and drained
1 (12 oz) carton cottage cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter

DIRECTIONS:

Melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Mix corn bread mix, eggs, broccoli and cottage cheese together to form batter (onion may be added to batter if desired). Pour into pan with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
