Bread Machine Yogurt Corn Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pound loaf
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 30 min.
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup 110 degree water
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. margarine
3-1/3 cups bread flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
1 Tbs. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to bread machine pan. Set for 2 pound loaf, medium crust. When finished, remove from pan and let set for 30 minutes. Store in air tight container.

This recipe serves 12 people. Because this recipe is for a particular size pan, it adjusts the number of servings only in multiples of 12.
