Bread Machine Pizza Dough Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup water
2 cups flour
2 tbs oil (I use generic veggie)
1 tsp salt (I think it originally called for more)
1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Dough setting. It takes an hour, then I will let it sit uncovered in my “dough bowl” (a big mixing/measuring bowl from pampered chef - the only thing I’ve used it for is dough — it’s great — plenty of room for rising and has its own lid!)
