Bread Machine Lowfat Onion Potato Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup onion\cooked, chopped
1/2 cup potatoes, chopped
1 tsp. active dry yeast
1-3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to temperature 450°F. Place onion and potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 12-15 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a bowl and mash. All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room temperature. Add all ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle.
