INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Milk
1 cup Blueberries, Fresh or Frozen — Drained If Needed
3/4 cup Quick-Cooking Oats
1 cup Ripe Banana, Mashed
2 large Eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan. Mix all ingredients except blueberries, in large bowl, until moistened. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fold in blueberries, pour into pan.
Bake 44-55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; run knife or spatula around sides to loosen. Remove from loaf pan and cool completely before slicing. Refrigerate remaining loaf.
This recipe for Blueberry-Banana Bread serves/makes 1 loaf.
