Betsy’s Bread Machine Yogurt Cornbread

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup 110 degree water
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
3-1/3 cups bread flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
1 Tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsps. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsps. active dry yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to bread machine pan. Set for 2 lb loaf, medium crust. When finished, remove from pan and let set for 30 minutes. Store in air tight container.
