INGREDIENTS:
2 ears fresh sweet corn, with husks removed
DIRECTIONS:
Place freshly picked corn in a large pot of water and bring to a rolling boil. (Do not add salt.) Once the water boils, cook about 1 more minute. Note: older corn may need another 2-3 minutes cooking time. Top corn with melted butter and salt if desired.
