1 pk yellow cake mix; (18 1/2 oz)
1/8 ts baking soda
1 c water
2 eggs
1 c mashed bananas; (2 medium)
1/2 c finely chopped walnuts

Instructions

In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and soda. Add water, eggs, and
bananas. Beat 4 minutes on med speed of electric mixer. Fold in nuts.
Pour
into greased and floured 2 qt mold. Place on bottom of crock pot. Cover
cake with 4 to 5 paper towels. Cover pot and cook on high for 2 or 3 hrs.
Invert on cooling rack. Serve plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or
drizzled
with glaze.
