Banana-Nut Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 package (18 1/4 oz size) yellow cake mix
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1/2 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS:

In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and milk. Add bananas; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans.

Pour into two greased 8×4 bread pans. Bake at 350, for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely
